📋 Job Details:

• Position: HR Manager

🛠 Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of practical experience in a relevant field.

• Must be proficient in implementing HR, Admin, and Labor Laws in a factory or manufacturing industry.

• Skilled in recruitment, payroll management, performance appraisal (KPI), and disciplinary procedures.

• Proficiency in computer operations with experience in MS Office and HR software.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes effectively.

2. Supervise employee attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll preparation.

3. Ensure a proper work environment and compliance according to company rules, regulations, and labor laws.

4. Conduct employee performance evaluations (KPI), handle grievances, and arrange various training programs.

5. Prepare all HR-related documents and reports to submit to top management.
