What You’ll Do:
🔹 Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
🔹 Prepare job descriptions and publish job advertisements across various recruitment platforms
🔹 Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, and campus recruitment initiatives
🔹 Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience
🔹 Conduct initial candidate screening and maintain recruitment databases and trackers
🔹 Support employer branding activities, career fairs, and campus recruitment programs
🔹 Assist in onboarding and joining formalities for newly hired employees
🔹 Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness

🎯 Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in HRM/Business Administration from a reputed Public/Private University
✅ Strong interest in HR Operations, HRBP, and Training & Development
✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal & problem-solving skills
✅ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
✅ Analytical, detail-oriented, and people-focused
