Responsibilities & Context:
Aastha International is looking for some skilled and experienced Supervisors for its finishing center. Are you experienced in supervision within a production or finishing line? Apply today.
🛠 Experience:
Minimum 2 to 4 years of practical experience in the relevant field.
📌 Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
Shift & Worker Management: Create work plans for finishing and electric section workers, set day and night shift rosters, and regularly check and maintain worker attendance, leave, and duty timings.
Production Target & Pushing Management: Understand the pushing time and production targets from management and provide proper work instructions to line men or workers on time. Monitor whether production is running properly across each shift and machine.
Reporting & Accountability: Verify whether pushing times and production reports are proper, and formally notify management of daily production reports. Take accountability and hold line men accountable if production falls below the target.
Quality & Floor Monitoring: Provide proper approval for product quality in consultation with the line man. Regularly push and supervise line men to ensure the production floor remains clean and tidy.
Stock & Software Entry: Ensure accurate and timely entries of raw material receipt, issuance, and production in the software, and maintain finished goods records.
Machine & Floor Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment in respective sections to prevent any damage from overuse.
