Responsibilities & Context:
Lead, prepare, and successfully manage the compliance audits, like, BSCI, Sedex, ICS, HIGG Index, GRS & Buyer CoC etc.
Ensure full legal compliance throughout human resource management based on Bangladesh Labor Law.
Identify compliance gaps, conduct internal mock audits, and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAP) to meet buyer requirements.
Maintain up-to-date documentation, certificates, and registers required for standard compliance and sustainability audits.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to hire top talent.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs, including health, safety, and compliance awareness.
Nurture a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
