Responsibilities & Context:

* Coordinate the end-to-end Performance Management process, including KPI setting, appraisals, confirmations, promotions, and performance documentation.

* Support HR Business Partners in executing HR initiatives, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness projects.

* Prepare HR dashboards, performance analytics, and management reports to drive data-based decisions.

* Maintain employee performance and talent records, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

* Assist in talent reviews, succession planning, and Individual Development Plan (IDP) tracking.

* Collaborate with business leaders to ensure smooth execution of performance and talent management processes.
