Experience:
PGD in Social Compliance preferred
Payroll Certification Course (if any)
Sound knowledge in BD labor law
Confidentiality and data integrity.
Payroll & Personnel Administration
Manage and support the end-to-end monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement.
Collect, validate, and process payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave adjustments, allowances, deductions, and benefits.
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, contracts, and HRIS databases.
Calculate final settlements, maternity benefits PF, gratuity, leave encashment, and other calculations as applicable.
Manage employee attendance, leave balances, holidays, and absence records.
Issue communications letters, and other HR-related documents.
Industrial Relations & Compliance
Maintain effective employee and industrial relations practices in compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and company policies.
Coordinate activities, meetings and documentation for different committees (PC, Safety, Grievance, Anti-Harassment) in the factory.
Assist in labor inspections, buyer audits, social compliance audits
Maintain all HR documents required for factory compliance and customer audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with working hours, wages, benefits, disciplinary procedures, and employment practices.
Reporting & Data Management
Prepare monthly headcount (HC) reports and workforce movement analyses.
Generate HR metrics and reports including turnover, absenteeism, overtime, leave utilization, and payroll analytics.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality across all HR records and reports.
