Education:
  • BBA / graduation from any discipline.

  • HRM or graduation in relevant flied will be added as an advantage PGD in HRM will be an added advantage (Preferred)

Skills Required: Communication,Data analysis,Microsoft Excel,Multi tasking ability,Problemsolving skills.,Reporting and Documentation

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 28 years
  • Good understanding of HR operations, payroll administration, attendance management, and employee lifecycle processes.

  • Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, HR policies, and compliance practices.

  • Working knowledge of HRIS, employee documentation, and data management systems.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Support monthly payroll processing through data preparation, validation, and coordination with Finance/Payroll teams.

  • Monitor attendance records, resolve discrepancies promptly, and prepare accurate attendance reports.

  • Assist to ensure smooth HR operations for the organization.

  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS/databases and ensure data integrity through regular updates and audits.

  • Support HR governance activities, policy implementation, and internal compliance requirements.

  • Assist on establishing contemporary disciplinary and grievance management practices in the organization in accordance with company policy and government regulatory authorities. 

  • Assist on maintaining contemporary and competitive compensation and benefits for the company in line with business growth.

  • Manage and maintain employee personal files, ensuring complete documentation, confidentiality, and statutory compliance.

  • Assist in employee full and final settlement processes in coordination with concerned departments.

  • Generate HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics to support management decision-making.
