Education:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 45 years
  • Must be familiar with contemporary talent sourcing and talent management practices.·       

  • Must have strong knowledge on modern HR practices, manpower planning and forecasting, employer branding and employee engagement techniques.·      

  • At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure effective talent sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates aligned with organizational needs

  • Oversee manpower planning and workforce forecasting based on business growth

  • Monitor recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding

  • Develop and maintain strong employer branding initiatives across platforms

  • Ensure implementation of DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) practices within hiring and workplace culture

  • Promote inclusive workplace policies and monitor diversity metrics

  • Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance motivation and retention

  • Supervise employee feedback mechanisms (surveys, pulse checks)

  • Ensure smooth execution of employee orientation & onboarding programs

  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner

  • Ensure compliance in accordance with the relevant regulatory

  • Ensure effective internal communication channels across departments

  • Oversee preparation and circulation of HR-related communications

  • Lead and coordinate across the three HR wings ensuring alignment and efficiency

  • Assign, monitor, and evaluate team performance

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities for HR team members

  • Drive HR automation and efficiency initiatives
