Education:
Minimum HSC.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or any relevant discipline will be an added advantage.

1–3 years of experience as a Barista, Café Crew, or Food & Beverage Service Staff.
Fresh candidates with barista training and a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
Basic computer and POS operation skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, tea, smoothies, and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
Welcome guests warmly, and ensure excellent customer service.
Operate POS/cash register and process customer payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, café area, equipment, and workspaces.
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other café supplies, and report shortages.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of food and beverage items following food safety standards.
Assist in displaying products and maintaining an attractive café presentation.
Follow health, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
Coordinate with the Kitchen and Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
