Responsibilities & Context:
Assist cooks and kitchen staff with daily food preparation.
Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables, meat, and other food ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and work areas.
Wash and clean kitchen equipment, dishes, and cooking utensils.
Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Support cooks during busy working hours and assist with other kitchen-related tasks.
Properly dispose of kitchen waste and maintain a clean working environment.
Perform other duties assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
