- Age At least 22 years
- Minimum 8 years of professional bakery experience (Bangladesh or abroad)
- Expertise in Croissants, Puff Pastries, Breads, Cookies, Cakes, and other bakery items
- Ability to develop new recipes and maintain high product quality
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and bakery operations
Responsibilities & Context:
JD:
- Prepare and produce high-quality bakery products, including croissants, puff pastries, breads, cookies, cakes, and other items.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, presentation, and product quality.
- Develop and test new bakery recipes and products according to business requirements.
- Monitor daily bakery production and ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Maintain proper food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards.
- Ensure correct portioning, weighing, mixing, proofing, baking, cooling, and storage of bakery products.
