Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking menu items.
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation according to company standards.
Prepare ingredients (cutting, washing, marinating, and portioning).
Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices in the kitchen.
Follow recipes and SOPs accurately.
Monitor stock usage and report shortages to the Kitchen In-charge.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.
Support smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.
Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Perform any other kitchen-related tasks assigned by the management.
