Job Responsibilities

• Preparing various bakery and pastry items such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread, etc.

• Managing the Bakery and Pastry section and coordinating with the other chefs to ensure a thriving working environment.

• Developing new recipes for changing menus periodically.

• Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure a beautiful and tasteful presentation.

• Monitoring the stock of baking and pastry ingredients.

• Ensuring their section of the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations.

• Guide and motivate bakery assistants to work more efficiently.

• Other responsibilities assigned by the management.
