Job Requirements

• Prepare and present authentic Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles, knife-cut noodles, and traditional Chinese home-style dishes;

• Develop and standardize recipes in line with international culinary standards;

• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation;

• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP compliance);

• Supervise kitchen operations, including inventory control and food cost management;

• Collaborate with management to introduce new menu items and seasonal specials;

• Ensure efficient kitchen workflow and timely service delivery;

• Must be able to conduct effective manpower training and guide kitchen staff in maintaining professional standards to minimize costs and increase efficiency.
