খাবার তৈরি: মানসম্মত ও সুস্বাদু খাবার তৈরি করা।
পরিচ্ছন্নতা: রান্নাঘর, রান্নার সরঞ্জাম এবং কাজের জায়গা পরিষ্কার ও জীবাণুমুক্ত রাখা।
বাজার ও হিসাব: রান্নার উপকরণের তালিকা তৈরি করা এবং সঠিক মজুদ বা স্টক বজায় রাখা।
নিরাপত্তা মান: খাদ্য স্বাস্থ্যবিধি এবং নিরাপত্তা নির্দেশিকা মেনে চলা।
