Responsibilities & Context:
প্রতিদিন ১৫ থেকে ২০ জনের দুপুরের খাবার রান্না করতে হবে এবং পরিবেশন করতে হবে।
খাবারের স্বাদ, মান ও পরিবেশনের গুণগত মান নিশ্চিত করা।
রান্নাঘর, রান্নার সরঞ্জাম এবং কাজের জায়গা পরিষ্কার ও জীবাণুমুক্ত রাখা।
খাদ্য উপকরণের সঠিক ব্যবহার ও সংরক্ষণ নিশ্চিত করা।
বাঙালি খাবার রান্না করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
খাদ্যসামগ্রীর সঠিক ব্যবহার ও অপচয় নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা।
নির্ধারিত মেনু অনুযায়ী সময়মতো খাবার রান্না ও পরিবেশনের জন্য প্রস্তুত রাখা।
রান্নার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় রান্নাঘরের সমস্ত স্থান, যন্ত্রপাতি এবং বাসনপত্র আগে থেকেই ভালোভাবে পরিষ্কার ও জীবাণুমুক্ত করা নিশ্চিত করুন।
রান্না ও পরিবেশন শেষে বাকি সময় অফিসের রিসিপশনে বসে ডিউটি করতে হবে।
