• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Turkish / Middle Eastern Chef.

• Candidates with professional experience in Turkey or Middle Eastern countries will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of authentic Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisine.

• Good knowledge of food preparation, hygiene and kitchen safety.

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Experienced international chefs are encouraged to apply

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Turkish / Middle Eastern Chef to join our professional kitchen team.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Turkish and Middle Eastern dishes.

• Maintain authentic taste, food quality and attractive presentation.

• Ensure proper food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.

• Manage food preparation, ingredients and kitchen equipment efficiently.

• Maintain consistency in taste and quality of all menu items.

• Work efficiently with other kitchen staff.
