Responsibilities & Context:
Applicants MUST have 10 years overseas experience in 5 Star Hotel.
Applicants MUST have capacity to create his own menu.
Menu Development: Design appealing menus, create seasonal specials, and set food presentation standards.
Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and lead kitchen personnel.
Inventory Control: Order stock, manage supplier relationships, and reduce food waste.
Quality & Safety: Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
Financial Oversight: Monitor food costs and maintain kitchen budgets.
