Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present food according to the resort’s standards.

• Maintain consistent food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation.

• Assist the senior chef in daily kitchen operations.

• Ensure proper food storage and minimize wastage.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

• Follow food safety and kitchen safety procedures.

• Support menu preparation and maintain standard recipes.

• Work effectively as part of the kitchen team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or similar establishment.

• Knowledge of Bangladeshi, Continental, and Asian cuisine will be an advantage.

• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

• Punctual, disciplined, hardworking, and professional.

• Culinary/hotel management training or certification will be preferred.
