EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a café, coffee shop or similar food & beverage establishment.

• Experience with coffee, mocktails, cakes, desserts and light café food is preferred.

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Café Chef / Senior Cook to join our team. You will be part of preparing high-quality food, beverages and desserts, and help ensure excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and present café menu items (coffee, mocktails, cakes, desserts, sandwiches, light meals - as per our menu).

• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.

• Manage kitchen operations and food preparation (simple, café-style menu).

• Control portion size, reduce food waste and maintain inventory.

• Work with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
