Responsibilities & Context:
Applicants must have 10 years overseas experience in 5 Star Hotel.
Applicant must have the ability to create his own menu.
Station Management: Organize and prep your assigned station—such as the grill, sauté, or pastry area—before service begins (mise en place).
Food Preparation: Cook and plate dishes strictly following the recipes and presentation standards set by the head or sous chef.
Staff Supervision: Train, guide, and delegate tasks to junior cooks and commis chefs working in your section.
Quality and Hygiene Control: Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness rules across your workstation.
Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels, track food waste, and inform senior chefs when ingredient reorders are needed.
