Additional Requirements:

  • MBA/PGD-HRM will be given preference.

  • Good communication skills

  • Sound Knowledge in MS Office

  • Proper knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law will be given preference

  • Problem-solving ability, out-of-the-box thinker.



Responsibilities & Context:

Attendance & Timekeeping Verification:

  • Monitor and verify employee attendance through biometric and punch-in/punch-out records.

  • Review and validate late arrivals, early departures, and absenteeism records.

  • Cross-check attendance data against approved shift rosters (A, B, C, and General Shifts).

  • Coordinate with supervisors and the IT Department to resolve missing or inaccurate attendance records.

Leave Management:

  • Record and process approved leave applications, including casual, sick, annual, and special leave.

  • Verify available leave balances before processing leave requests.

  • Update leave records accurately within the ERP system.

  • Follow up with supervisors regarding unapproved or irregular leave cases.

Employee Documentation & Records:

  • Maintain employee personal files and HR databases.

  • Update employee records related to joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, and termination.

  • Ensure all employee documents are complete and properly filed.

  • Generate HR reports and employee-related documentation as required.

Recruitment & Onboarding Support:

  • Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

  • Prepare appointment letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.

  • Conduct employee orientation and induction programs.

  • Ensure completion of joining formalities and documentation.

HRIS & Data Management:

  • Generate periodic HR reports, dashboards, and manpower statistics.

  • Maintain and update HR Information System (HRIS).

Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate employee ID cards, access cards, and other administrative requirements.

  • Support employee engagement activities and HR events.

  • Assist in internal and external HR audits.
