Responsibilities & Context:
Operate and monitor glass lamination processes (PVB/EVA loading, pre-press, autoclave operation).
Ensure proper glass cleaning, alignment, and interlayer handling.
Maintain required temperature, pressure, and cycle parameters during lamination.
Monitor product quality and minimize defects such as bubbles, delamination, and contamination.
Coordinate with Production, QC, and Maintenance teams for smooth plant operation.
Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping in the production area.
Assist in troubleshooting process and equipment issues.
Maintain production records and daily reports.
