• Conduct in-process quality checks at various stages of Detergent Powder and Dishwashing Bar production to ensure conformity with approved specifications.

• Perform routine testing of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products (pH, active matter, moisture, density, foam, hardness, etc.).

• Monitor and record critical process parameters on the shop floor and report deviations immediately to the supervisor.

• Collect samples at defined intervals as per the sampling plan and maintain proper sample identification and traceability.

• Maintain accurate and timely IPQC records, check sheets, and test logs in line with SOPs.

•  Assist in root-cause analysis of quality deviations and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Ensure proper use, cleanliness, and calibration status of testing instruments in the shift/section.

• Coordinate with production staff to hold or release batches based on quality test results.

• Support internal and external quality audits by keeping documentation and records ready for review.

• Report daily/shift-wise quality status to the Deputy In-Charge / In-Charge, QC & QA.
