• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Industrial Eng & Production, Glass & Ceramic Technology

• Age At least 24 years

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the glass manufacturing or Glass Processing Industry.

• Experience in refrigerator glass lids, washing machine lids, Cooktop Glass, Oven Door Glass, Decorative Glass, or Architectural Glass manufacturing will be preferred.

• Assist in planning and supervising the daily production activities of the Lid Plant, Screen Printing, UV Printing, and Digital Printing sections.

• Ensure all printing jobs are completed according to approved artwork, customer requirements, and production schedules.

• Monitor printing quality, colour accuracy, alignment, and surface finish to meet quality standards.

• Supervise operators and technicians to ensure smooth production and efficient use of machines.

• Set up and monitor printing parameters to maintain consistent product quality and minimize defects.

• Coordinate with the Quality team to identify printing defects and take corrective actions.

• Work closely with the Maintenance team to ensure printing machines are properly maintained and downtime is minimized.

• Monitor the use of inks, chemicals, printing materials, and consumables to reduce wastage and control costs.

• Prepare daily production, rejection, and machine downtime reports and submit them to management.

• Ensure employees follow safety procedures, use PPE, and maintain good housekeeping in the workplace.

• Support new product development, sample preparation, and printing trials as required.

• Coordinate with the Production Planning, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely completion of customer orders.

• Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and ISO requirements in all production activities.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase productivity, improve quality, and reduce production costs.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head or Management from time to time.
