  • Bachelor and / or Master’s degree from any recognized university preferably in Human Resource Management (HRM).

  • Additional HR-related certifications will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:

Details of Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and selection activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination and onboarding.

  • Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, and other HR-related correspondence.

  • Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.

  • Monitor employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary records.

  • Coordinate employee orientation, training, and development programs.

  • Liaise with various departments regarding HR and administrative matters.

  • Liaise with government authorities for licenses, permits, and regulatory compliance.

  • Manage general office administration tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and office supplies management.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments and maintaining office calendars.

  • Maintain workplace discipline, housekeeping, company assets, and administrative budgets.
