Responsibilities & Context:

We are currently looking for an individual for the position of Jr. Executive- HR.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes

  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

  • Assist with onboarding and employee orientation

  • Support attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and performance management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

  • Handle employee relations matters and workplace concerns

  • Assist in supervising, guiding, and mentoring HR Interns

  • Coordinate HR internship activities, assignments, and performance evaluations

  • Organize employee engagement and HR initiatives

  • Any other task assigned by the management.
