• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).

We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced individual for the position of Boiler Operator to join our Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate must possess a valid Boiler Competency Certificate (Boiler License) issued by the Government of Bangladesh and have hands-on experience in operating and maintaining industrial boilers while ensuring safe and efficient plant operations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor the boiler safely and efficiently.

2. Maintain required steam pressure and ensure uninterrupted steam supply for production.

3. Perform daily inspection of boilers, feed water pumps, valves, burners, and other accessories.

4. Maintain boiler operation logbooks and daily operating records.

5. Ensure proper water treatment and chemical dosing as per standard procedures.

6. Identify and report any abnormal conditions or equipment failures immediately.

7. Coordinate with the Maintenance Department for preventive and breakdown maintenance.

8. Maintain housekeeping and comply with all safety regulations in the boiler room.

9. Assist in annual boiler inspection and license renewal activities.

10. Follow all applicable provisions of the Bangladesh Boiler Act, Boiler Rules, and company safety policies.

11. Any other task assigned by the Section In-Charge.
