Lead the factory HR team to ensure that the HR function effectively supports and drives the organization's strategic objectives.
Develop and execute human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization in the areas of recruitment, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefit and compliance.
Ensure stakeholder management to align HR practices with organizational goals, enhancing employee engagement, managing change and conflicts, ensuring compliance, improving communication, fostering development, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement.
Ensures the right organization structure is maintained, and resources are available to populate the structure.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and learning & development initiatives.
Identification of high potential employees (HiPo) in order to ensure talent pipeline is prepared to take on more senior responsibilities and face future challenges.
Lead the design, planning and implementation of Apex performance review process of factory employees to ensure continuous improvement.
Ensures full employment by lowering the tendency to high turnover and frequency absenteeism which results in raise productivity to a higher level.
