Experience:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
Handle day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office management.
Maintain office assets, inventory, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Prepare and maintain official documents, reports, and correspondence.
Record daily cash transactions, expenses, and maintain supporting documents.
Prepare and organize bills, invoices, vouchers, and payment records.
Assist in bank transactions, reconciliations, and basic accounting tasks.
Support the Accounts department in maintaining accurate financial records.
Prepare monthly administrative and expense reports.
Perform any other HR, administrative, or accounting duties assigned by management.
