  • 1 to 3 years of progressive HR experience. Prior experience working within medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, or multinational liaison offices is highly preferred.

  • Skills: Proficient with MS Excel and HRIS tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Purpose

The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement for our Bangladesh office. The ideal candidate will support corporate growth by recruiting skilled technical, sales, and medical equipment specialists.

Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Plan workforce requirements and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.

  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and orientation to ensure new employees transition smoothly into their roles.

Employee Relations

  • Promote employee engagement by fostering positive workplace relationships and an inclusive organizational culture. Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and manage grievances in a fair, timely, and confidential manner.

Performance Management

  • Support managers and employees in setting performance goals and conducting regular performance reviews. Provide guidance on feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans to enhance employee effectiveness.

Learning & Development

  • Assess organizational training needs and coordinate learning programs that strengthen employee skills and capabilities. Support leadership development initiatives and career planning to encourage continuous professional growth.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer salary structures, employee benefits, and payroll coordination while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Manage reward and recognition programs to promote employee motivation, retention, and performance.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records, oversee HRIS administration, and ensure HR documentation is complete and up to date.

  • Implement HR policies and procedures while preparing reports that support operational and strategic decision-making.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements while maintaining ethical HR practices.

  • Support workplace health and safety initiatives and participate in HR audits to identify and mitigate organizational risks.

Strategic HR & Organizational Development

  • Align HR strategies with business objectives by supporting organizational change, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.

  • Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to improve talent management, organizational effectiveness, and long-term business performance.
