## Key Responsibilities
### Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and prepare job descriptions
- Design and run a structured onboarding program so new hires integrate quickly and effectively
- Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
### Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and grievances
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts fairly and confidentially
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team events, and recognition programs
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture
### Performance Management & KPI
- Develop and manage the performance appraisal system (goal setting, reviews, feedback cycles)
- Support managers in coaching underperforming employees and creating improvement plans
- Identify training and development needs and organize relevant programs
- Develop and ensure KPI’s are used to evaluate Employee Performances
### Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with Accounts/Finance and ensure accuracy
- Manage employee benefits, leave records, attendance, and tracking
- Benchmark salaries and recommend competitive compensation structures
### HR Policy & Compliance
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, the employee handbook, and codes of conduct
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and documentation
- Handle disciplinary procedures, terminations, and exit interviews professionally and lawfully
### HR Strategy & Reporting
- Advise senior management on HR matters, workforce planning, and organizational structure
- Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment status, attendance)
- Improve HR processes and introduce HR software/tools where beneficial
