Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
MBA (HRM) or Master's in Human Resource Management/Business Administration will be considered an added advantage.
Training or certification in Labour Law or Industrial Relations will be preferred.
Experience in recruitment, payroll, industrial relations, performance management, and labor law compliance.
Prior experience in FMCG, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial organizations will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh Labour Act, 2006 (as amended) and Bangladesh Labour Rules, 2015.
Hands-on experience in payroll administration, HRIS/ERP systems, attendance, and leave management.
Sound knowledge of Industrial Relations, Trade Union/CBA management, and disciplinary procedures.
Strong analytical skills with experience in productivity measurement, workforce planning, and attrition analysis.
Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and HR reporting tools.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
Willingness to work at plant locations and travel as required.
Oversee day-to-day Plant HR and Administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower planning, sourcing, selection, onboarding, and induction for plant employees.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and administrative procedures in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Monitor employee productivity, analyze workforce performance trends, and recommend improvement initiatives.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, overtime, and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Implement and monitor the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives.
Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolution to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Manage industrial relations activities, including communication with Trade Union/CBA, employee participation committees, and maintaining harmonious labor relations.
Handle disciplinary matters, including investigations, show cause notices, domestic inquiries, warning letters, suspensions, and termination processes in compliance with labor laws.
Conduct employee exit interviews, analyze feedback, and recommend corrective actions to improve employee retention.
Monitor employee attrition trends, prepare attrition analysis reports, and implement retention strategies.
Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act, Labour Rules, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
Coordinate employee engagement, welfare, training, health & safety, and workplace compliance initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, payroll reports, productivity analysis, and management dashboards.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs for both management and non-management employees, including orientation, technical, behavioral, leadership, compliance, and safety training.
Oversee plant administration activities, including security, housekeeping, transportation, canteen, office facilities, utility services, accommodation (if applicable), and maintenance coordination to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
Perform any other HR and Administration responsibilities assigned by management.
