  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and HR-related software.

  • English typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM) and Bijoy Bangla typing speed of at least 30 WPM.

  • Hands-on experience in preparing and publishing recruitment advertisements on BDJobs.

  • Experience in CV sourcing, screening, and shortlisting through BDJobs.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure.

  • Smart, energetic, self-motivated, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

JSK Group, a rapidly expanding and diversified business conglomerate with interests in Hospital & Diagnostic Services, Passenger Transport, Capital Market Brokerage House, Sara Express and Overseas Recruitment & Training, is looking for a smart, dynamic, and energetic HR Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling human resources operations, recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation across multiple business units under JSK Group.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems.

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process — job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and attendance database.

  • Support in payroll preparation, leave management, and benefits administration.

  • Conduct orientation programs for new employees and ensure smooth joining formalities.

  • Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.

  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure a healthy work environment.

  • Support HR audits, training programs, and compliance with labor laws and company policy.

  • Coordinate with different units (Hospital, Diagnostic, Transport, Brokerage, Training Center) to fulfill manpower needs.

  • Prepare periodic HR reports for management review.
