• Professional Certification in Payroll Management, Labor law, Performance Management, Learning & Development etc will get extra preference.

• Assist the authority in the development, implementation, and monitoring of departmental strategies, policies, and HR Manual, Ethics and initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and manage employee compensation, benefits, and performance-based bonuses.

• Collaborate with leadership to identify employee development needs, organize training programs, and ensure career growth opportunities.

• Coordinate performance appraisals, ensure that feedback mechanisms are in place and track employee performance for personal and professional growth.

• Promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture by organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives.

• Oversee and ensure smooth on boarding for new hires, from joining to confirmation, including orientation, documentation, and induction.

• Lead, mentor, and support staff, ensuring skill development and fostering a positive work environment.

• Develop and implement HR and compliance policies and procedures.
