Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, onboarding, and joining formalities.

  • Prepare and maintain employee personal files, HR documentation, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other employee records.

  • Maintain attendance, leave records, overtime data, and prepare monthly attendance summaries for payroll processing.

  • Support employee orientation, induction, and engagement activities.

  • Assist in employee relations, disciplinary procedures, warning letters, and grievance handling documentation.

  • Maintain HRIS and ensure accurate updating of employee information and organizational records.

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities including office maintenance, housekeeping, stationery, office supplies, and vendor support.

  • Assist in managing transport operations, vehicle documentation, logbooks, insurance, fitness certificates, and maintenance schedules.

  • Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure uninterrupted administrative services.

  • Assist in obtaining and renewing statutory licenses, permits, and regulatory documents as assigned.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, administrative procedures, and statutory requirements.

  • Prepare HR, administration, attendance, and compliance reports for management review.

  • Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by the reporting manager or management.
