Lead Generation & Market Expansion
Identify and generate leads across potential labor markets.
Strategically expand business operations both horizontally (new markets) and vertically (new services or client types).
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the company’s overseas clients.
Actively contribute to client relationship strategies and long-term business planning.
Business Planning & Implementation
Initiate, coordinate, and implement business plans for assigned areas.
Monitor progress and ensure alignment with targets and goals.
Daily Client Interaction
Communicate with international clients on a daily basis through platforms such as WhatsApp and Email.Ensure smooth handling of orders from receipt to closing the order.
Internal Coordination
Maintain consistent follow-up with the operations team to ensure timely progress on order execution.
Client & Agent Follow-Up
Address and resolve client queries related to mobilization, documentation, interviews, and recruitment.
Follow up with local agents, ensuring timely feedback and issue resolution.
Issue Resolution
Address client concerns, propose solutions, and escalate issues to appropriate personnel when necessary—ensuring complete resolution.
Client Journey Management
Manage the end-to-end client experience, including coordination of visa documentation, accommodations, and hospitality as needed.
Database & Relationship Management
Maintain and update a database of existing and potential clients.
Build relationship by greeting clients on significant personal and national occasions.
Recruitment Support
Assist the recruitment team by providing detailed client information including company background, expectations, requirements, and selection processes.
Confidentiality Assurance
Maintain the principle of the organization by maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Reporting
Prepare and submit weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and annual reports on performance, leads, and ongoing activities.
Team Oversight & Development
Monitor all activities within the Sales & Marketing team.
Support team development and performance evaluation based on predefined KPIs.
Able to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
With strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
