Responsibilities & Context: Experience: 0–2 Years Working Hours & Benefits: Shift Duty: 8 hours per shift + overtime. Overtime: BDT 57 per hour for every hour worked beyond the regular 8-hour shift. Attendance Bonus: Employees who attend work all 7 days of the week will receive an attendance bonus of BDT 200 at the end of the week.
