Responsibilities & Context: Job Summary As a Call Centre Executive, you will be responsible for directly communicating with bank customers and providing excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, identifying issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally. Provide accurate information regarding the bank’s various products, services, and policies. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively. Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication. Experience: 1–3 years of relevant professional experience. Previous experience in the banking sector or a bank’s Customer Service Division is mandatory. Additional Requirements: Age: 22–34 years Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude toward customer service. Proficiency in basic computer operations and documentation. Salary & Job Details: Salary: BDT 20,000 per month Job Location: Various locations across Dhaka City (The work location will be determined based on the bank’s posting and operational requirements.)
