Experience:
Execute end-to-end recruitment activities in line with the approved manpower plan, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding support.
Develop and strengthen candidate sourcing channels by building relationships with recruitment agents, suppliers, referral networks, and other strategic partners across different regions to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline.
Coordinate local and overseas recruitment processes by arranging interviews, managing candidate communications, providing job-related information, and ensuring all client and organizational requirements are met.
Conduct candidate pre-screening, assessments, mock interviews, and orientation sessions to improve candidate readiness and enhance overall selection success rates.
Ensure fair, transparent, and compliant recruitment practices by consistently applying selection criteria, maintaining accurate documentation, and monitoring recruitment procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments, overseas associates, sales & marketing, mobilization, and processing teams to facilitate smooth recruitment, visa processing, deployment, and travel arrangements.
Maintain and regularly update candidate, client, supplier, and recruitment databases in the ERP system, while preparing timely recruitment reports and operational updates for management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, recruitment agents, and suppliers by addressing queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities, expand recruitment networks, improve sourcing capabilities for specialized trades, and recommend strategies to strengthen recruitment performance.
Utilize digital recruitment tools, social media, online job portals, and other innovative sourcing methods to attract quality candidates while performing additional responsibilities assigned by management to support efficient recruitment operations.
