Responsibilities & Context:

Recruitment & Selection

  • Post job advertisements on job portals and social media.

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

  • Conduct initial HR interviews.

  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.

Onboarding & Employee Documentation

  • Complete joining formalities for new employees.

  • Collect and verify employee documents.

  • Maintain personnel files and HR database.

  • Conduct employee orientation and induction programs.

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor daily attendance and punctuality.

  • Maintain leave records and process leave applications.

Payroll Support

  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation.

  • Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions.

  • Coordinate with the finance department regarding salary processing.

HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records and update HRIS/Excel databases.

  • Issue employment letters (confirmation, experience, salary certificates, etc.).

  • Maintain office HR documentation and filing systems.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies.

  • Support employee engagement activities and events.

  • Assist in resolving employee grievances.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and code of conduct.

Performance Management

  • Support probation and confirmation processes.

  • Assist in performance appraisal activities.

  • Maintain performance evaluation records.
