Oversee the daily operations of the service and maintenance department.
Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Lead and guide the maintenance team to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Ensure safety standards and compliance during maintenance work.
Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repair services.
Keep records of maintenance work and provide updates to management
Chinese Language will added advantage for this position
