• Willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for project implementation and customer support.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience with CCTV cameras, access control, fire alarms, and similar safety equipment

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Relevant technical certifications (preferred).

• Excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell NEECOM's Safety & Security solutions to corporate and commercial clients

• Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Install, configure, test, and commission CCTV surveillance systems.

• Install and maintain Access Control, Fire Alarm, intrusion Alarm, and other ELV systems.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues through onsite and remote support

• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks

• Prepare technical documentation, service reports, and handover documents

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely service and professional support

• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, and other safety equipment

• Provide timely and effective technical support.
