Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or Real Estate Management.
An MBA or relevant Master's degree is highly preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior executive leadership role (VP, Director, or COO).
Proven success in managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects from inception to completion.
Key Competencies & Skills:
Deep knowledge of the local real estate market, zoning laws, and regulatory approval processes.
Strong financial acumen, including budget management and financial forecasting.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and ERP systems.

Must have knowledge of independently setting up the company departments based on management policy.
Sound knowledge of working in the form of a head of a company engaged development in different areas of Dhaka city, especially Bashundhara project development.
Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company.
Develop and implement operational policies, internal controls, and scalable procedures across all departments.
Oversee all active and upcoming real estate projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.
Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to execute the corporate vision, optimize operational efficiency, and drive sustainable financial growth.
Streamline procurement processes, material sourcing, and vendor management to reduce construction costs.
Negotiate and manage contracts with architects, general contractors, engineers, and sub-contractors.
Manage the allocation of human, financial, and material resources across multiple project sites.
Assist the business development team in evaluating potential land acquisitions, joint ventures, and feasibility studies.
Oversee project budgets, cash flow management, and cost-control measures to maximize profit margins.
Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning laws, environmental
regulations, and safety standards.
Identify potential operational, financial, or legal risks in projects and implement mitigation strategies.
Align construction timelines with sales and marketing campaigns to ensure smooth handovers.
Elevate customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality finishes and managing CRM post-handover services.
Mentor, lead, and evaluate department heads (Construction, Sales, Legal etc.).
Establish clear performance metrics (KPIs) for teams and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
