Responsibilities & Context:
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues of smartphones, tablets, wearables, and accessories.
Perform Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 repairs, including display, battery, camera, charging port, and motherboard repairs.
Execute warranty and out-of-warranty repairs in accordance with company policies.
Conduct functional testing and quality inspections before device handover.
Update repair status and maintain accurate service records in the ERP/service management system.
· Ensure achievement of repair Turnaround Time (TAT), Repair Success Rate (First Time Repairs) and other Quality KPIs.
Maintain ESD and 5S workplace standards.
Properly utilize and manage tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Support inventory verification and defective spare returns.
Participate in technical training and continuously enhance repair skills.
