• Age At least 25 years

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related position.

• Solid understanding of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.

• Knowledge of SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

• Excellent communication and writing skills in both Bangla and English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Proficiency in AI tools for Digital Marketing such as: ChatGPT, OpusClip, Copy.ai, Jasper, etc.

• Experience using AI for ad creative generation, automation, and data optimization will be an added advantage.

1000FiX Services Ltd., one of Bangladesh's leading on-demand appliance and technology after-sales service platforms, and a concern of SMART BD which is the largest ICT product distribution and technology solutions company in Bangladesh, is looking for a proactive and creative Executive, Digital Marketing to join our in-house marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, paid ads, SEO, content strategy, and a passion for leveraging AI tools to enhance campaign performance and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other ad platforms.

• Manage social media pages, ensuring consistent brand tone, communication, and audience engagement.

• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO and SEM strategies to boost visibility.

• Coordinate with the design team to develop high-performing ad creatives and promotional content.

• Analyze marketing performance data, generate reports, and suggest actionable improvements.

• Assist in email marketing, content scheduling, and influencer/partnership campaigns.

• Stay up to date with digital trends, marketing automation, and AI-based campaign innovations.
