• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• 2 to 3 years

• Age At least 26 years

• Strong knowledge of RCC and Steel Structure design and estimation.

• Practical experience with STAAD.Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

• Sound knowledge of BNBC 2020.

• Experience in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, proposal writing, and technical documentation.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Context

We are looking for a competent and motivated Engineer – RCC & Steel Structure to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in RCC and steel structure design, estimation, BOQ preparation, and structural analysis using industry-standard software.

Job Responsibilities

• Design RCC and Steel Structures based on client requirements and project specifications.

• Perform structural analysis and design using STAAD.Pro, ETABS, and other engineering software.

• Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, technical proposals, and project documentation.

• Coordinate with the Marketing and Design Departments for project execution.

• Conduct site visits for data collection, project inspections, and client meetings.

• Review and verify engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

• Guide Draftsmen in preparing error-free structural drawings.

• Ensure all designs comply with BNBC 2020 and other applicable engineering standards.

• Prepare technical reports and maintain proper project documentation.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
