Additional Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry.
Strong knowledge of BNBC 2020, building codes, and construction standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETABS, MS Office, and construction project documentation.
Experience in site supervision, project planning, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and quality control.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Experience in coordinating with RAJUK, consultants, contractors, and other regulatory authorities.
Ability to work under pressure and ensure timely completion of projects.
Honest, self-motivated, responsible, and willing to work at project sites.
Responsibilities & Context:
BHB Builders Limited is inviting applications for the positions of Project Engineer (Civil) and Site Engineer (Civil) for its ongoing residential building projects.
Experience Requirements
Project Engineer (Civil): 10–12 years of relevant experience in residential building construction. Candidates must have proven hands-on experience in managing and supervising projects involving at least three basement levels.
Site Engineer (Civil): 5–8 years of relevant experience in residential building construction.
Salary Range
Project Engineer (Civil): BDT 50,000 – 80,000 per month
Site Engineer (Civil): BDT 18,000 – 28,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and monitor daily construction activities.
Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and BNBC standards.
Supervise excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, finishing, and MEP works.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and head office.
Monitor project quality, safety, progress, and documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment.
Resolve technical issues and ensure timely project completion.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Note: Responsibilities may vary depending on whether the selected candidate is appointed as Project Engineer (Civil) or Site Engineer (Civil).
