• Age At least 27 years

• Min. 5 Years’ work experience, preferably in the bicycle industry.

• The ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision and strong willingness to follow the quality aspect and on-time delivery.

• Must be able to work independently as well as being a team player.

• Personally, being interested in the bicycle sector, lifestyle and industry would be an advantage.

• Must have excellent computer literacy and MS Office skills.

• English proficiency is a must.

Key Tasks:

• Create and enforce quality control standard operating procedures.

• Implement various production and quality tools.

• Analyze factory production data and devising improvement strategies as necessary.

• To keep a close eye on key production metrics. By constantly analyzing this data, identify and address gaps in production before they become major issues.

• Create production data reports & preparing quality reports.

• Writing technical presentations and documents.
