Job Context

Orchid Marine International is a leading marine engineering, commercial diving, salvage, and underwater inspection company based in Chattogram. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Naval Architect to join our team as an Operations Manager. Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Freshers can also apply. The selected candidate will be trained to manage commercial diving operations, underwater inspections, salvage projects, and marine service activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage commercial diving and underwater operations.

• Assist in planning underwater class inspections, hull inspections, and underwater maintenance.

• Coordinate salvage, wreck removal, and emergency marine operations.

• Liaise with ship owners, port authorities, classification societies, and clients.

• Prepare project plans, work schedules, reports, and technical documentation.

• Coordinate mobilization of diving personnel, equipment, and vessels.

• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and international diving standards.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.

• Assist in preparing quotations, technical proposals, and tender documents.

• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients for smooth project execution.

• Perform vessel visits and attend client meetings when required.
